Price of the partnership:

The combined amount of participants of all the events define the price of the partnership. The definition is made according to the previous year's event.

Less than 500 participants - 2500€
500 – 1000 participants - 5000€
1000 – 2000 participants - 7500€
Yli 2000 participants - 10 000€

In 2024 the price of the partnership is 2500€. In case of long-term partnerships, it is possible to agree on the same price for several years.

The partnership includes:

Inroduction of the partner in our websites www.outdoorexpert.fi/en, www.saariselkamtb.fi/en and www.arctictrailrun.fi/en.
Social media tags in every post about the events.
1 spesific social media post regarding each event.
Company logo in the start number of the events.
Company logo in the start / finish area of each event (beach flags, banners etc.)
Possibility to provide material (f. ex. flyer) to the start bags of the events.
Possibility to provide video to a screen on the start / finish area
Free participation vouchers to the events 2pcs (2500€), 5pcs (5000€), 7kpl (7500€) or 10pcs (10 000€).
Free of charge spot in the expo area of Saariselkä MTB Stages and Arctic Trail Run.

Less than 250 participants - 1000€
250 – 350 participants - 2000€
350 – 500 participants - 3000€
More than 500 participants - 4000€

In 2024 the price of the partnership is 2000€. In case of long-term partnerships, it is possible to agree on the same price for several years.
